Double Twin Horizontal Wire 868 Welded Wire Mesh Fence Panel
Double wire mesh fence, also known as twin wire mesh fence, is an incredibly strong and stable mesh fence system with a unique structure. It consists of double horizontal wires welded to single vertical wires, resulting in a product that is much more resilient than more traditional fence options.
Originally a very popular fence solution in Europe, the technical characteristics of double wire mesh fence are impressive. It has a wire diameter of 5/4/5, 6/5/6 or 8/6/8 mm and a mesh size of 50×200 mm. Fence heights are usually between 1.23–2.43 m, and come designed with a galvanized coating and a polymeric composition that won't fade in the sun, and can withstand extreme temperature levels. Its electro galvanized zinc rating comes in at 20gram/square meter and it can range between 60gram-600gram/square meter when hot dipped, galvanized in double mesh. It also comes in various colors such as green RAL 6005, grey and white.
Mounting the fence will depend on the type of posts used. Post sections are usually 40*60*2mm, 60 × 60 × 2 mm or 80 × 80 × 2 mm – and can be easily mounted with clips or brackets with a through bolt.
